If you change your mind about the services you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price.
- You must cancel 24 hours DIY pass within the first hour of signing up for a full refund. All refunds after the first hour will be refunded on prorated basis.
- You must cancel one month DIY pass within the first week of signing up for a full refund. All refunds after the first week will be refunded on prorated basis.
- All expert guided packages are based on KPIs set as mutually agreed by both parties. In case of failure to meet any of the KPIs, you are eligible for a refund.
